This is a package for "Custom Forms", mostly. In the end it will have all the Forms that you want. When you need a change to a form this is done quickly by our team. This software has evolved from just Forms, to having many more features. Now you very quickly complete, save, print, or edit any Form. The program keeps a database that is very fast, giving you complete history at your fingertips.

This is a product that has been developed because of necessity. Our first customer knew that they did not want a product that was internet based, of which we totally agree. These internet based products just raise way way to many security concerns, and rely far to much on your computer working close to perfect, as well as having a solid / fast internet connection.

          History feature, this tells you very quickly what forms you have worked on,

                 related to a particular property.

This will do all kinds of contact related things, sending emails at specific scheduled times will be a snap, send a document or a presentation or any thing else. This module will keep you in contact will your customers of potential customers with ease.

TopLine Presenter:

Is going to be a presentation module that is going to be easy-to-use, which is different from most presentation software, we know that if it is not easy-to-use you will not use it.

TopLine Promoter:

Is a module that is specifically for creating specialized letters, spread sheets, (e.g.. Open House). Use this module to create many things to help you keep in touch with current clients or create new clients. You can then schedule any of these items within "Producer" to send emails at any time.
